Cheba Chooser does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything stays on your device.
Seriously, that's it. We're a simple menu tracking app. We don't need your data, and we don't want it. Your sandwich preferences are your business.

Cheba Chooser operates entirely on your device. We do not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, etc.)
- Location data
- Device identifiers
- Usage analytics
- Your menu ratings or tracking data
All data you create in the app (which items you've tried, your ratings, notes) is stored locally on your iPhone using standard iOS storage and never leaves your device.
☁️ Data Storage
Your app data is stored locally using iOS's built-in data storage mechanisms. This means:
- Your data stays on your device
- If you delete the app, your data is deleted
- We have no servers storing your information
- No cloud sync or backup to our servers
If you use iCloud backup for your device, your app data may be included in that backup according to Apple's iCloud terms.
☁️ iCloud Backup
Cheba Chooser offers an optional iCloud backup feature that allows you to back up your Munch Manifest data to your personal iCloud account. This data is stored entirely within your own iCloud storage and is managed by Apple. The developer of Cheba Chooser does not have access to, cannot view, and does not collect any of your backed up data. You can delete your cloud backup at any time from within the app.
🔗 Third-Party Services
Cheba Chooser does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We don't use:
- Google Analytics
- Facebook SDK
- Advertising networks
- Crash reporting services
- Any other third-party SDKs that collect data
👶 Children's Privacy
Cheba Chooser does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is safe for users of all ages.

Cheba Chooser is an independent fan-made application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant chain.
📝 Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this privacy policy (unlikely, since we don't collect data), we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
